Fixed

• Saved layouts look like what they build — a saved grid's card drew its frame, gap and corner radius about 1.8x too thick, because the thumbnail scaled them against its own height instead of against the canvas the grid was made on.
• Empty blocks keep their corners in a video export — with a radius set, a block left empty rendered square in a video grid while the identical still export rounded it.

• Swipe down to leave the preview — the mock story closes with a downward swipe anywhere on it, like a real one, not only with the ✕.
• The editor's top buttons sit higher — Back and the preview eye are pulled up against the status bar, so they cover less of your top block.

Fixed

• Sliders stay where you let go — the value was recalculated from where your finger left the screen, so lifting it nudged the thumb a few points past the spot you set.
• Rate Grid actually opens the App Store — the button asked iOS for its own rating prompt, which the system shows only a few times a year and otherwise swallows, so most taps did nothing; it now opens the review form every time.

Changed

• The home screen is rebuilt — Story Layouts and Single Post are white cards with black type and a plain chevron, and their icons now show what they make: three blocks for a story, two for a post, filling the tile instead of floating in a glassy slab. The wordmark next to the title is plain white (the splash and the paywall keep the colour).
• A PRO card you can't miss — filled champagne against the two white cards, with a black badge and lock and a tile that shows the Polaroid frame with a video mark on it, so the card says what it sells.
• Toolbar buttons read as buttons — the editor's icons sit on a solid dark disc instead of translucent black, which used to disappear over a bright photo.
• Cleaner story preview — the placeholder caption under the handle is gone; Instagram only shows one when a story actually has it, so it was noise in a row that's meant to read as furniture.
• The two Polaroid bands share one row — Top and Bottom sit side by side in Settings, so you can read the two band sizes against each other; Radius and Frame size keep a row each.
• Polaroid bands stop at 140pt — past that the band ate a third of the story and stopped reading as a frame at all.
• Calmer launch animation — the StoryGrid tag now lands centred on the top block in plain white, instead of off to one side in the champagne the PRO badge uses.
• Sharper layout presets — the little grid thumbnails in Settings have tighter corners, and the one you're on wears a firmer ring.

Fixed

• Frame stops dragging Polaroid along with it — turning the frame on could switch the Polaroid bands on too, because “on” was inferred from the band sizes. Polaroid is now its own setting: the Polaroid button still turns the frame on (the bands need it), never the other way round.
• Tapping a slider's handle leaves it where it is — pressing the round handle used to snap the value to wherever your finger landed on it, so just touching a set value nudged it. Grabbing the handle now keeps it under your finger; tapping the bare track still jumps to that spot.
• Gap moves one point at a time — the slider stepped in half points while the number only shows whole ones, so every other nudge looked like the slider had jumped and got stuck. Every slider in the panel now moves in the units it displays.
• The Settings panel can't vanish on you — the panel fades out while you hold a slider so you can see the grid, and in a few cases it never came back: it stayed invisible and swallowed every tap, so nothing you pressed worked. Dragging a band to zero, or a drag cancelled by the system swipe at the screen edge, could both leave it that way. It now always returns — and opening Settings from the toolbar recovers it no matter what.

• Story preview — the eye button in the editor drops your grid into a mock Instagram story: progress bar, profile row and reply bar, with every editing control out of the way, so you can see what you'd actually post before you export it. Videos keep playing in there, so you can watch the whole thing land.
• Sound toggle in the preview — a grid with a video gets a mute button in the reply bar, so you can hear the clip exactly as the export will sound.

• Cleaner saved-grid label — with a saved grid open, the Settings panel now just shows its name, instead of tagging it with a "modified" dot that implied it was still that exact grid after you'd changed it.

• Video audio you can actually hear — the on-canvas preview now follows the "Mute audio" toggle, so turning it off plays the clip with sound (just like the export), instead of the preview always being silent with no way to check.

• Sharing a video grid now shares the video — Share used to hand over a single still frame instead of the clip.
• Photos permission: Share is actually offered — the alert told you to use Share but only showed Open Settings. It now has a Share instead button that shares the finished export straight away, video included.
• Muting a video counts as a change — toggling Mute on a saved grid now offers to save it instead of silently dropping the change on exit.
• Stretch matches the export after toggling it — turning Stretch on or off now re-checks the photo's position, so a stretched block can't export a different crop than the one on the canvas.
• Zoom stops at 10× — pinching could previously zoom in without limit.
• Presets no longer leave video files behind — switching to a preset with fewer blocks now removes the dropped blocks' video files instead of stranding them on disk.
• Old saved grids can't wipe your library — a grid saved by an early version could fail to load and take the whole library with it. Anything missing now falls back to its default.

• Your work follows you when you change format — picking a size on the home screen now re-shapes whatever is already on the canvas instead of clearing it. Your blocks, photos, videos, spacing and frame all come across, every time, whether you pick the same size or a different one. Only Reset starts a blank grid.

Fixed

• Updating a re-shaped grid no longer corrupts it — saving over a grid you've changed the format of now stores the new format and redraws its thumbnail at the right shape. Before, the grid kept claiming its old size and its card on the home screen showed up cropped.
• Photo no longer jumps mid-drag — lifting one finger out of a pinch while still dragging with the other made the photo jump. Pan and zoom now land together.
• Stretch matches the export — a width-stretched block now looks the same on the canvas as it does in the exported image, including right after opening the app and if a subscription has lapsed.
